Budget of Ra.one (2011):
“With a budget of ₹150 crore (equivalent to ₹231 crore or US$33 million in 2018), inclusive of publicity costs, Ra.One was the most expensive Indian film at the time of release”
Shahrukh didn’t have enough money for the budget so he had to earn more money just to make sure he can pay the budget:
“Khan stated that he had "worked very hard" to finance the film without borrowing money, and reportedly hosted a television show just to finance the film.”
“As per trade sources, Khan took a hefty pay-packet of around Rs 40 crores from the TV show, which went into the making of his ambitious project Ra.One.” “The much publicized show couldn't take off as expected and even Shah Rukh Khan's presence couldn't save the sinking ship.”
SRK used all his fortune/earnings:
“Shahrukh has staked it all on the movie.” A third of the film’s budget has gone into special effects. Ra.One boasts of 3,500 VFX shots. James Cameron’s Avatar had just 2,700.
For a man who can't even afford 33 million US Dollars having a networth of 600 million or even 100 million seems to be a lie. Shahrukh's image & reputation is false. He is not worth 600 million at all.
The film Ra.One's budget exposes the bullshit created by SRK's PR TEAM, the problem with Indians is that they don't think, especially the fans of shahrukh khan!
No indian actor especially not srgay or amitati bachchan have enough networth to be recognized as rich actors among the world's top ten. They are overrated fudhus.
