Unintentional pushup day (September 23rd, 2020):
I drank monster energy and had a 13 minute run and burnt 137 calories, then had to go to the bathroom
Then ran for 1 hour 17 minutes burning 866 calories while i was on my electric bike.
I ran another time a few hours later this time for an hour and thirty minutes burned 1069 calories.
My last run was 1 hour 28 minutes long i burned 1126 calories doing it.
Total through running: 3198 calories
woke up at 7 AM (september 23rd, right now its 2:42 AM september 24th and im still awake) i believe monster energy kept me from sleeping, despite burning 3200 calories and not eating anything before 8 PM even after taking a shower i didnt feel hungry despite being awake for 13 hours with nothing but drinks to keep me full,now at 2:43 AM ive been awake for almost 20 hours still dont feel hunger despite eating only two pieces of salmon

1st set - 12 reps (done at 11:00 AM)
2nd set - 11 reps (done at 11:03 AM)
3rd set - 10 reps (done at 11:05 AM)

September 24th i focused mostly on cardio to burn calories and did no pushups or variations of however i did do just one set of 20 pushups without stopping it was hard but i succeeded i did it at 5:46 PM but zero before and after that, these pushups were regular form, the adjustment of my palms/hands were normal.
1st set of running (1 hour 9 minutes, burnt 890 calories)
2nd set of running (1 hour 1 minute, burnt 771 calories)
