My latest achievements.

 Unintentional pushup day (September 23rd, 2020):

I drank monster energy and had a 13 minute run and burnt 137 calories, then had to go to the bathroom

Then ran for 1 hour 17 minutes burning 866 calories while i was on my electric bike.

I ran another time a few hours later this time for an hour and thirty minutes burned 1069 calories.

My last run was 1 hour 28 minutes long i burned 1126 calories doing it.

Total through running: 3198 calories

woke up at 7 AM (september 23rd, right now its 2:42 AM september 24th and im still awake) i believe monster energy kept me from sleeping, despite burning 3200 calories and not eating anything before 8 PM even after taking a shower i didnt feel hungry despite being awake for 13 hours with nothing but drinks to keep me full,now at 2:43 AM ive been awake for almost 20 hours still dont feel hunger despite eating only two pieces of salmon

Reverse-pushup:

1st set - 12 reps (done at 11:00 AM)

2nd set - 11 reps (done at 11:03 AM)

3rd set - 10 reps (done at 11:05 AM)

4th set - 11 reps (done at 11:07 AM)

5th set - 9 reps (done at 11:08 AM)

6th set - 12 reps (done at 11:09 AM)

7th set - 16 reps (done at 11:46 AM)

Total (81 reverse pushups).

8th set - 10 reps (done at 11:55 AM)

9th set - 10 reps (done at 1:45 PM)

10th set - 10 reps (done at 1:55 PM)

11th set - 2 reps (done at 1:56 PM)

12th set - 13 reps (done at 2:42 PM)

13th set - 10 reps (done at 2:45 PM)

14th set - 11 reps (done at 2:47 PM)

Total (147 reverse pushups).

15th set - 12 reps (done at 2:57 PM)

16th set - 15 reps (done at 5:03 PM)

Total so far (236 reverse pushups).

September 24th i focused mostly on cardio to burn calories and did no pushups or variations of however i did do just one set of 20 pushups without stopping it was hard but i succeeded i did it at 5:46 PM but zero before and after that, these pushups were regular form, the adjustment of my palms/hands were normal.

1st set of running (1 hour 9 minutes, burnt 890 calories)

2nd set of running (1 hour 1 minute, burnt 771 calories)

The day i created a record for myself in pushups.

I may have surpassed this achievement in 2019 but i simply didnt record or type it down. Now i am typing down my achievement for this year.
September 1st 2020.

September 1st:
Did three sets of pushups as a warmup:
1st set - 10 pushups, 2nd set - 14 pushups, 3rd set - 10 pushups.
Hours later did this without any energy drink.
1st set - 15 pushups. [done at 1:45 PM]
2nd set - 12 pushups. [done at 1:46 PM]
3rd set - 13 pushups. [done at 1:51 PM]
4th set - 10 reverse push-ups [done at 1:58 PM]
5th set - 10 pushups. [done at 2:00 PM]
6th set - 16 pushups. [done at 2:04 PM]
7th set - 12 pushups. [done at 2:08 PM]
8th set - 13 pushups. [done at 2:13 PM]
9th set - 14 pushups. [done at 2:16 PM]
10th set - 12 pushups. [done at 2:20 PM]
11th set - 10 pushups. [done at 2:22 PM]
12th set - 12 pushups. [done at 2:26 PM]
13th set - 13 pushups. [done at 2:33 PM]
14th set - 14 pushups. [done at 2:37 PM]
15th set - 10 pushups. [done at 2:39 PM]
16th set - 10 pushups. [done at 2:44 PM]

3rd set - 12 pushups. [done at 4:39 PM]
4th set - 10 pushups. [done at 4:44 PM]
5th set - 10 pushups. [done at 4:47 PM]
6th set - 10 pushups. [done at 4:49 PM]
7th set - 8 pushups. [done at 4:51 PM]
8th set - 10 pushups. [done at 4:54 PM]

reps in these eight sets = 85 pushups grandtotal = 356 (so far today)

with a energy drink
1st set - 13 pushups [done at 5:23 PM]
2nd set - 10 pushups [done at 5:31 PM]
3rd set - 11 pushups [done at 5:37 PM]
4th set - 10 pushups [done at 5:40 PM]
5th set - 10 pushups [done at 5:48 PM]
6th set - 12 pushups [done at 6:02 PM]
then took a break but so far total = 66 reps altogether = 422 pushups

As you can see i even have the time typed down, sometimes long minutes are spent resting before i do a set.
