My physical fitness journey.

1. Day 1 (Janaury 14th):
I took a rotiserrie chicken out of the fridge and cooked it in the microwave for 90 seconds, then it was still cold but some parts were warm i consumed the warm parts it had alot of juice on the bottom of it. I also added orange peppers to my meal. I then put it back in the microwave for another thirty minutes, it was warmer now so i ate as much as i desired, their are some parts uneaten so i put them back in the fridge in the plastic plate.
I am also consuming some warmed up milk. I ordered Westside Medium pizza with three toppings (pepperoni, mushroom, chicken) it will be around 8 slices. I drunk two cans (one dr pepper, the other pepsi) of soda.

2. Day 2 (Janaury 15th):
I woke up at 7 AM. I turned on my laptop but sometime around 7:50 i had to go to the bathroom. I weighed around 201 lbs. Then when i used the bathroom i defecated and after i thought i was done i defecated again, this went on till 9:30/9:40 AM. Then i came downstairs after washing my hands i didn't weigh myself, i turned my laptop on again, took my preworkout supplement out of the garage but didn't consume it until 11:36 AM.
I found out Milin Patel's account "Gajah Simha" got temporarily suspended from quora. I burned 521 calories in a 60 minute run on the bike. I went to the bathroom when i came out i weighed 199 lbs naked.
I ate pasta that was baked with strips of cheese and rotiserrie chicken. I had some jalapenos with it and consumed almond milk (CALIFIA FARMS).
From 8:25 PM till 9:25 PM i ran for 60 minutes and burned 523 calories.
3. Day 3 (Janaury 16th):
I woke up at 9 AM. I weighed 200 lbs naked. I saw the recycle truck out and put the recycle bin their signalling the driver to pick it up. Then i went to the shower after that i dried myself and drank coffee and watched some videos of the clone wars tv series (2008 version). Then i started running on the bike/vehicle. In 53 minutes i burned 492 calories. I stopped before reaching 60 minutes cause my ass and dick felt wierd. I weighed myself after defecating and weighed 200 lbs still naked.
I ate some paneer, the sauce/liquid in the mattar paneer, chicken that dad cooked yesterday was warmed in the microwave and eaten by me. I consumed water aswell and pasta that had small portions of chicken & beef in it. I feel a little bloated but after washing my hands i did 20 bicep curls on each arm with a 25 lb dumble, total was 40 reps as i did the reps seperately on each arm.
After consuming the pre workout supplement i waited for four minutes (as i was doing other things like responding to comments on quora and fixing the volume on my laptop) then i did this for ten minutes so i wouldnt have to waste much time (1st minute i rinsed my mouth with water, 2nd minute - flossed my teeth, 3rd minute - rinsed my mouth with water again, 5 next minutes - brushing with toothpaste, 9th minute - rinsed with toothpaste, 10th minute - rinsed with mouth wash).
Did 30 pushups. Then i ran for 127 minutes. Burned 1122 calories. I still weighed 200 lbs. This day although the third installement of this document was still the 2nd day of your strict training/diet. I did not consume much water today.
The rest of my foods is porridge, almond milk, cold water. I went to sleep at 3 AM of January 17th.
4. Day 4 (January 17th):
I woke up at 10 AM (technically like 9 am but kept doing things in my bed and attempting to sleep again). I weighed 199 lbs naked. I was on my laptop for a long time watching a video from the geraldo rivera show and i responded to comments on quora then i read some blog posts of other people. I then ran for 60 minutes and burned 518 calories. I weighed myself buttnaked, i weigh 199 lbs. I then ate walnuts and finished the almond milk from yesterday. It was a total of about 850 calories that i ate (mostly walnut halves & pieces). Then i consumed a preworkout powder supplement. Then i ran for another 60 minutes and burned 549 calories. Once again i weighed myself and i was still 199 lbs, then i went in the bathroom and weighed the same amount. Then i ate 210 calories (Rainbow berry Airhead extremes) + 405 calories (trolli sour brite octopus), i added shredded broccoli to it (regular broccoli cut into tiny pieces by a blender). This would make the total calories in this meal at most 750 - 800 calories (as broccoli is low in calories). I defecated again and still weighed 199 lbs.
I then at 10 PM consumed the half of the beef burrito (dad bought it from the food truck), and four paneer pakodas. I then typed six quora answers. I then read some things on the internet and went to my room. At 3 AM i went to sleep after being awake for 17 hours.
5. Day 5 (January 18th to January 19th):
You woke up at 12 PM. You cleaned yourself with water then weighed yourself naked, you now weigh 197.5 lbs. Then you started your laptop and drank coffee while watching the south Indian film ("masterpiece") on Television. Had no pre workout powder and started running on the bike at 2:52 PM. I finished at 4:55 PM but ran for 120 minutes (2 hours) due to the breaks i took. I burned 1035 calories. I still weighed 197.5 lbs. Now i have finished the last amount of coffee from the morning that i left in the fridge, i had two glasses of water and a bowl of porridge. I had a 3rd glass of water then a fourth glass. 
I started running again at 7:25 PM this time i drank a preworkout powder mixed with water. I finished at 8:26 PM. It was 60 minutes and i burned 572 calories. I weighed myself and i still weighed 197.5 lbs. Then i came downstairs ate 5 egg whites (they were cut in half without yellow stuff so they were ten pieces), i had a glass of water and nearly hald the almond milk (150 calories is half of 300). I also consumed a six inch subway sandwich (bread, banana peppers, chicken, chipotle sauce, tomato, halapenos, lettuce). I ran for another 61 minutes (was done at 11:32 PM) i burned 547 calories. I then ate 5 vanilla cookies (213 calories together) and 11 paneer (tofu) pakoda (unknown how many calories). I weighed myself naked but had socks on you weighed 199 lbs.
Then you started running again at 1:30 AM and were finishes at 2:30 AM (ran for 60 minutes, burnt 542 calories). I weighed myself naked again and was still just 199 lbs. I finished the almond milk (the rest of the 150 calories), some of it during my run the rest after the run. Then ran for 30 more minutes downstairs burning 251 calories. I drank premier protein milk (160 calories) and ate the vanilla cookies (255 calories) total 415 calories. I went to the bathroom multiple times, weighed 197.8 lbs.
I then ran for 100 minutes and burned 805 calories. I weighed 196.7 lbs then defecated and weighed the same amount. I then finished the rest of the porridge before 4 PM (Jan 19th). Then later on at 5 PM i ate chicken breast which was cooked with oil and lemon by my dad. I had two glasses of cold water. Before my last run i had a 160 calorie premier protein shake. At 6:23 PM i began the run, finished at 7:13 PM (50 minute run). I burned 400 calories in this last run (low compared to my previous feats).
Goal status: You ran for 8 hours and 1 minute.
Total burned calories: 4152 calories from running alone (251 + 400 + 542 + 547 + 572 + 805 + 1035) who knows how much more was burned through other activities?
Most amount of push-ups that i did: 40 without rest at janauary 18th.
All was going pretty well in day 5 UNTIL i fell into my own shadow of weakness, got tempted by the moment and consumed 1200 calories worth of milk and stuff oreoes. However now i am determined to wait till 10 PM to strike, to taste the fruits of my labor to burn at-least 1 thousand calories off in a 2 hour run before 12 AM (9th and 10th hours of running). At 8:52 PM my run began again. It ended at 10:55 PM. I am now proud that i redeemed myself again! I burned 1002 calories (add that to my total it is 5154 calories). I weighed myself naked and am 199.8 lbs.
I have been awake for more than 38 hours (12 PM Jan 18th till 2 AM Jan 20th). I ran for ten hours though.
6. Day 6 (January 20th, 2020)
I started waking up at 10 AM then went back to sleep this process continued till around 3 PM in this process i left my room at 4 PM i brushed my teeth, took a shower and then went to safeway and QFC to grab food with my dad. I weighed 196.9 lbs. I ate some broccoli and Trolli Sour Brite Bites Most of them were green apple flavor. All of them had high carbs together they equal 700 calories, 7 grams of fat and 7 grams of protein but alot of sugar grams. I consumed the 300 calories almond milk. And 3 pieces of the "Baked Chicken Cold Classic Herb" i ate those pieces and consumed parts of the 4th big one. I also then ate a indian sweet that was orange colored (it was called rice cake if i recall correctly). I then drove to a grocery store to go get donuts for myself i consumed at least four chocolate donuts and 6 twinkies. I had a few glasses of milk.
This day i didn't work out at all.
7. Day 7 (Janauary 21st 2020)
I had 4 twinkies and some donuts (chocolate) i avoided some of the bread in those four donuts. I consumed an apple and fried chicken (from KFC) and some pieces of one big piece from the same "Baked Chicken Cold Classic Herb" i shaved the skin of the apple off. I had coffee with less sugar so it didn't taste sweet anymore. I dont want to spend more time writing about my failures so i refuse to continue typing this day's record.
8. Day 8 (January 22nd 2019)
I ate bread then consumed 840 calories worth of twinkies with 400 calories of trollis. Then i had some sandwiches with chicken, peppers, broccoli, mayo in them. I did not work out (with the exception of a few dumble curls). I have no intention of revealing my other activities this day.
9. Day 9 (January 23rd, 2020)
I woke up at like 5 PM. Cause before that i was waking up and sleeping at the same time.
I consumed 1600 calories worth of Ding Dongs (ten ding dong cakes). I also ate some fruit medley (mostly pineapple pieces and strawberries), i even consumed a few walnuts, and then ate a burrito that had mayo, cheese strops and chicken breast baked. At 11 PM i went to the bathroom it didnt take me very long to have a clean defecate, washing my feet, and hands took longer. I weighed myself i now weigh 204 lbs. It is now 7:21 AM i weigh - 206.9 lbs (pretty much 207 lbs) and that is extremely shameful. This isn't the first time i have seen this number since october 2019. I really want to stop going in circles and for this i will have to be consistent and set myself for life long/long term changes in my lifestyle. I will create a plan for myself. I will sleep at 8 am January 24th.
10. Day 10 (January 24th 2019):
I woke up around 4 PM i ordered pizza before eating and before it was delivered i put some clothes in the washing machine and went to the bathroom i weighed 204 lbs naked after defecating.
11. Day 11 (overall another failure day):
I weighed 208 lbs i ate another 12 slices of pizza (all pepperoni this time) before eating i weighed 205 lbs.
12. Day 12 (January 26th 2020):
Woke up at 7 PM. I ordered westside pizza again (4 slices of chicken pizza, 8 slices of pepperoni pizza, 2 cans of pepsi not bottles). I also later on had some crab meat finishing the days old crab meat with one tortilla. I ordered pizza one more time (8 extra slices of pepperoni pizza and 2 pepsi cans). I did 100 dumble curls on each arm with a ten pound dumble.
Going to sleep at 3:30 PM January 27th.
13. Day 13 (January 28th, 2020):
I weighed myself 207 lbs naked. After my 1st set i waited a few minutes then weighed myself naked and weighed 205 lbs.
1st set of running was 181 minutes long. I burned 1579 calories. The machine claims i covered more than 48 miles of distance. I consumed two burritos both had elk meat, halapenos, and Mexican style "Cheddar Jack" aka shredded cheese in them. I also had two cups of coffee that had less sugar and mostly "Nescafe Clasico" powder for coffee.
2nd set of running was 60 minutes long and i burned 546 calories. I weighed myself naked and weighed a total of 202.3 lbs. I took a ten minute shower, used conditioner and shampoo.
I wanted to eat my egg whites and workout however i have decided that i am going to sleep (5:30 PM January 28th 2020). I have been awake for at LEAST 16 hours at MOST 18 hours (depends on my wake up time either 1 am or 11 pm). My preworkout supplement powder was used twice today.
14. Day 14 (January 29th, 2020):
I woke up at 11:30 PM but stayed in my bed in attempts to stay asleep i got out of my bed at 12:20 AM i weighed myself naked and i am now 200.4 lbs. I feel a little bit hungry so i decided ill start my day off with coffee, i put three spoons of sugar and three spoons of the nescafe clasico. Some time around 3 AM i did dumbel bicep curls 100 reps on each arm using a 10 lb dumble.
1st set of running (started at 4:08 AM), i ran for 60 minutes (stopped 5:09 AM cause i went past sixty minutes by a few seconds), burned 500 calories. I weighed myself naked still at 200.4 lbs. Then i ate 3 egg whites no yoke/yellow stuff. I also drank a glass of cold water (water with ice stored in the fridge for hours in steel cups). At 6:12 AM i consumed 4 more egg whites. After that i had a premier protein shake and another glass of cold water. Then i ate the chicken breast dad cooked it was mixed with lemon, garlic and red pepper. I also consumed the 270 calorie almond milk that is unsweetened vanilla and soy free. I was unable to finish the drink so i just kept it with me. I weighed myself naked and i was 202.3 lbs again. I drank a few cups of water and watched some episodes of yugioh dubbed. My feet and arms/body parts felt wierd (i believe its due to consuming low calories), i then consumed what was left of the chicken.
I later on mixed some almond milk with my preworkout powder and started running. I then started my second set of running at 1:40 PM. I finished at 2:40 PM and burned 517 calories that was 60 minutes. Then i finished the rest of my almond milk and had more preworkout powder. Then i started lifting weights in dumble press mode with 25 lb dumbles. I did mostly dumble press. Then started running at 5:06 PM. I finished at 6:10 PM due to my short breaks. 560 calories were burnt/burned and my run lasted for 60 minutes. Right after that i did 50 reps of dumbell press with a 25 lb dumble in each arm (i did both at the same time for a total of 50 lbs). Then after a few minutes i weighed myself naked (still 202.3 lbs) and then drank water and ate porridge and drank a premier protein shake (30 grams of protein). I went to sleep at 10 PM. Was awake for at-least 21 hours.
15. Day 15 (January 30th, 2020) I woke up at 4 AM. I think it was too early my left knee/thigh felt wierd. At 5:40 Am i weighed myself naked and was 199.8 lbs (pretty much 200 lbs). I then ate some driscoll's rasberries and a bowl of porridge with a glass of water. I also consumed a wrapped tortilla that had rotiserrie chicken and shredded cheese with halapenos. Then i had coffee at 6:45 AM. At around 9 AM i went to the bathroom after that and took one of the worst defecations i ever did in my entire life i was done withe everything and cleaning by 11:49 AM. At naked i still weighed 199.8 lbs, although i dont feel hungry i still feel like i must consume some natural food to fuel myself. Starting at 12 PM however i decided to have a pure protein bar that had 5 grams of fat and 20 grams of protein "Chewy Chocolate Chip" with cold water. I went to the bathroom again but then weighed 201 lbs instead. I then ate another burrito (it had roasted chicken, shredded cheese, broccoli and lettuce with tomato. I also drank almond milk. I then ran for 30 minutes and burned 244 calories. Prior to this i lifted weights today. I slept at 9 pm for my own good, as i was tired and i felt like i would need more rest for a victorious workout. This is the 3rd day as you made alot of mistakes before Jan 28th.
16. Day 16 (January 31st 2020):
I woke up at around 6:30 Am a little before 7 AM I started running at 7:31 AM after having the preworkout powder and washing my clothes in the washing machine. I finished my run at 9:34 AM (even though it was 2 hours long) i burned 1000 calories (thousand) exact. I then put my clothes in the dryer/driar and weighed myself naked after peeing, i weighed 198.1 lbs (clearly 198).
My meal was some almond milk, some driscoll rasberries, and three burritos that were wrapped in low fat/low sugar tortilla with rotiserrie chicken, lettuce, halapenos and red peppers, a little bit of cheese. I added mustard on the outside for more flavor. I was bloated but was able to recover also had water with my meal. Then hours later at 6 PM i consumed driscoll berries again (as i didnt have as much last time) two protein bars ("Chocolate Deluxe") and more almond milk.
At 8:30 PM i had a poppy seed muffin it was big and took several bites however i doubt that it is more 300 or 400 calories (this is a inference as their was no calorie tag on the item). I then at 9:42 PM consumed a few small slices of sweet potatoes that were orange. I slept at 1:30 AM unfortunately. I wanted to do more workouts but i didn't succeed.
This is the 4th day of your CONTINOUS workout.
17. Day 17 (February 1st, 2020):
I woke up some time around 9 AM i weighed myself naked at a stunning 200 lbs. I saw the time downstairs at 9:34 AM when i first arrived. I then brushed my teeth and flossed, i hung down some dried clothes that were already in the basket and then took out the clothes in the drying machine. After that i decided to use my laptop. I had two burritos (had carrot, rotiserrie chicken, lettuce, cheese and halapenos in it), then i ate two sunrise energy bars (each were 150 calories). Then a chocolate deluxe protein bar. I then had driscoll rasberries. At 1 PM i had another one of those sunrise bars. Then at 1:11 PM i started working out with dumbles. I took rest starting at 1:32 PM. I warmed up a few times in between but then started again at 3:18 PM, at 3:32 PM i took some rest from my lifting. At 3:44 PM i did 23 pushups without rest. I started lifting again at 4:09 PM i stopped at 4:21 PM. I did 30 more pushups without rest. After defecating i weighed 202 lbs naked. However then i cosnumed four sunrise bars (total 600 calories as 150 x 4) and the small uneaten portion of a poppy seed muffin that my mother previously bit. I decided to start running at 5:47 PM. I burned 1114 calories in 2 hours. Due to my short second breaks i finished at 7:49 PM. I then had one barfi with a oreo blizzard that my dad got me from dairy queen. I then unfortunately took a shower and got a headache. I just didn't feel good about myself anymore neither did i feel determined to step ahead towards my goals. Although i did alot of weightlifting and the 2 hour cardio i didn't do what i intended to. I wanted to do atleast 3 hours of cardio and more lifting later on today, i wanted to stay awake for a really long time, but i started to feel disgusting, stupid, useless, and like a total failure. My head, eyes, and mouth felt odd. I did not even bother checking my weight today, but oh well. This is my 5th continous day, i hope tomorow i can fulfill all of my goals. I have decided to sleep before 9:30 PM today it was 9:13 PM when i finished typing what i did today. I didn't use any workout supplements today. I probably fell asleep at 10 PM due to my problems though.
18. Day 18 (February 2nd, 2020):
When i came downstairs it was 9:34 AM since i was sleeping in my bed but awake for at least 30 minutes i believed i woke up at around 9 AM. I weighed 200.9 lbs naked then i defecated and still weighed 200.9 lbs (basically 201 lbs), although i am displeased that it didn't get lower i am happy that despite what i did yesterday i still was able to maintain lesser weight than before.
I then had a breakfast meal deciding to not start off by working out, i realized that my left hands ring finger was wounded i don't know how it happened. My meal was almond milk, one protein bar "chocolate peanut butter" and walnuts. Then i had another sunrise bar and poppy seed muffin and some more almond milk. Then at 2 PM i had some coffee. This coffee had no milk or sugar, just water and the coffee powder.
At 4:52 PM i started working out with weights. I stopped at 4:56 PM due to my intention of making it a warm up. At 5 PM i started running. I burned 600 calories in 60 minutes, i was done at 6 PM. I weighed myself naked at 200.1 lbs (not much but an improvement). I also made a video of me doing 36 push ups in 60 seconds. At 7:20 PM i started to eat two burritos. They had tomato, rotiserrie chicken, halapenos, lettuce and broccoli in them. Almond milk as well was drunk. I then watched some episodes of Yugioh Season 0 and had chocolate deluxe protein bar.
Right now it is 9:46 PM and i still have a huge headache that i cant seem to get rid of. As of 10:37 PM my headache seems to have stopped. I then towards the end of 1 Am and the begininng of 2 aM had almond organic milk with driscoll rasberries and the uneaten portions of the poppy seed muffin. By 3:41 AM my headaches affected me once again, i began to wonder whether i should run or sleep i choose sleep. I wondered what my weight wuld be when i wake up. The skin on my right balls felt wierd but i went to sleep at 4:30 AM. This was my 6th day of a continous workout.
19. Day 19 (February 3rd, 2020):
I woke up at around 1 PM but got out of bed at 2 PM as i was thinking about myself, past incidents, and dreams. I weighed 200.2 lbs naked. And i decided to lift weights first.  I started to run at 2:33 PM. I was finished at 3:33 PM i burned 568 calories in 60 minutes. My speed was lesser than yesterday but still above my average speed. I weighed myself naked and was 200.1 lbs lesser than before however then i defecated and weighed myself naked again at 198.9 lbs a small improvement. If i continue with this then i can get to 180 hopefully. 
I decided to have my next cardio be 2 hours exact and done after i consume preworkout powder. I started running at 5:50 PM i was finished at 7:51 PM i burned 1057 calories in 120 minutes. I then weighed myself naked at still 198.9 lbs. I ate one burrito (tortilla, shredded cheese, broccoli, rotiserrie chicken, tomato, lettuce), 10 egg whites (36 grams of protein, 170 calories), almond milk, 2 protein cookies (together worth 32 grams of protein, 28 grams of fat, 108 grams of carbohydrate, 48 grams of sugar and 840 calories). Half of a sunrise bar as it was uneaten (75 calories). My calorie consumption is close to 2800 calories were consumed but over 164 grams of protein (i am taking into account the almond milk and rotiserrie chicken). The four pure protein bars that i ate count for 84 grams protein. The only flaw in the meal is the fat.
I did some weight training at 3 AM, mostly dumbell press (3 sets, first set was 30 reps, second set was 32 reps, third set was 45 reps, total is 107), both arms were carrying a single dumbell in each (each dumbell was 25 lb) basically both were doing 50 lbs at once. I went to sleep at 9:30 AM. Was awake for at-least 19 hours to around 20 hours. This is my 7th day of continous regime.
20. Day 20:
I woke up at around 5 or 6 PM but got of bed at 7 PM due to things i was thinking about. I decided to order westsidepizza. 4 small slices of chicken pizza, 12 slices of pepperoni, three cans of pepsi.
Desired Meal: No eating for the first five hours of my day. Sweet potatoes that were in the fridge for days, the rest of the rotiserrie chicken (no burrito this time), some broccoli, two pure protein bars, and almond milk (300 calorie). Others will be porridge, coffee, cold water, and ten egg whites. I decided to have triphala juice before bedtime.
Second FAILED attempt.
21. Day 1 (restart, February 11th, 2020):
I woke up at 1 Am. I had the supplement. I ran for 30 minutes (burning 288 calories). I weighed 206.5 lbs before and after defecating. I then ran for 1 hour 30 minutes burning 801 calories. At 8:22 AM after defecating a second time i weighed myself at 203.8 lbs naked.
First meal was at 9:14 AM i had 5 egg whites & 2 Burritos (ingredient - rotiserrie chicken, lettuce, flour tortillas.
Starting working out again at 11:40 AM, i did weights on a couch, basically not full bicep curls. First did 26 reps with both weights on my arms. I then got out of the couch and proceeded to do full curls. 34 reps with both arms doing one dumbell each (together 50 lbs). I did single curls then i ran 30 minutes burning 253 calories.
I then at 4 PM had a 200 calorie protein bar and some water. I went to sleep at 5 PM without doing another workout.
22. Day 2: (February 12th, 2020):
I woke up before 1 AM after 12 AM. I weighed myself naked at still 203.8 lbs naked. Then i ate some rotiserrie chicken with lettuce and drank water and then coffee (with milk/sugar).
I defecated and was done at around 5 AM then i still weighed 203.8 lbs. I then had two pieces of low fat/sugar bread with rotiserrie chicken, mustard and halapenos.
I started running at 1:30 PM and finished at 3:31 PM, i ran for 121 minutes (2 hours & 1 minute) i burned 1100 calories. I weighed myself naked at 200.3 lbs after taking a shower.
At 10 PM (i might have started at late 9 PM), i did 5 sets of 20 pushups for a total of 100 pushups however prior to this i warmed up with sets of 10-12 pushups, once i put a ten lb dumbell on my back.
Goals - i want to do weights (5 sets of 20 reps on each excercises), then run for another hour. Before bed i will run for a last hour and have triphala juice. I should sleep at or before 12 AM.
At 6 PM i ate three more pieces of rotiserrie chicken with mustard & halapenos and healthy protein bread. 3 Breads had 15 grams of protein. I then had a 50 - 100 calorie cup of almond milk (the 300 calorie bottle with 3 grams of fat per serving). At 3 AM i did alot of weight lifting, but i did not surpass any feats except for 18 reps on the pull weight excercise where my arms stretch with weights in their hands. Then i ate over 20 oreos mixed with milk.
Amount of supplement today - So far one spoon of preworkout powder at 1 PM.
Desired Future: 5 hours of running (at-least 2 hours before my first meal), 3 sets of 20 reps (bicep curls) with 2 25 lbs dumbell in my arms. A video of me doing 50 push ups in a single set without rest.
23. Day 3 (February 13th - February 14th):
I first went to sleep at around 8 AM or 10 AM then i woke up at around 5 or 6 PM and attempted to go back to sleep so i could get more sleep and wont have to meet my parents, but then i failed to sleep after that i went downstairs at around 9 PM close to 10 PM had some peanut butter and tari chicken.
During the 14th I weighed myself the second time when i woke up. I was 201 lbs. I did do 59 pushups atleast but in small sets of ten, twelve, fifteen, seventeen etc. I went back to sleep at around 9 PM. I consumed sour patch kids and airhead xtremes along with milk water and three chickens in hotdog form.
24. Day 4 (February 15th, 2020):
I woke up at 5 AM. I did 2 sets of ten reps for my dumbell curls, each rep was completed with two 25 lb dumbells in my arms (one in each) i did the reps simultaneously so it felt like i was lifting 50 lbs not 25 lbs. I did twenty weighted punches on each arm except this time i didn't do both arms at once unlike my dumbell curls, i did a ten lb dumbell, one on each side. I didn't do more than a single set but the total reps are forty.
I started running at 5:38 AM and finished at 6:38 AM with my first SET i ran for 60 minutes burning 519 calories. I then watched some episodes of yugioh's virtual world arc. At 7:50 AM i started working out again, i did pushups and weight excercises (dumbell curls & arm raises) i did this after having the preworkout powder/supplement. At 8:14 AM i started running on the bike again. I burned 1060 calories in 2 hours 3 minutes (123 minutes). I was done at 10:18 AM.
I weighed myself naked at 200.3 lbs with a shirt on (no pants/underwear), at 10:48 AM i started to have coffee cups, the coffee had two spoons of sugar and one spoon of the coffee powder, milk was their too. This most likely has broken my 5 hour fast, however its worth it since the calories are low and it'll give me a little more endurance decreasing my feeling of tiredness. I could barely finish a cup due to the way i felt though, so i left the coffee in the fridge.
I finally proceeded downstairs to workout again at 2:52 PM. I started with 25 lb dumbells. My 1st set was 17 bicep curls, both weights were in my arms i lifted both together at the same time so 17 reps of 50 lbs. My 2nd set was 10 bicep curls both arms simultaneously. My 3rd set was also 10 curls but with difficulty. The 4th set is 12 curls. I then moved on to pull excercises which were arm raises done with a 10 lb dumbell in both arms. I would raise the weight keep my arm straight as possible in a line (like i was trying to push doors at the sides of my body). 1st set was 18 reps. 2nd set was 19 reps. 3rd set was 14 reps. 4th set was 15 reps. After this i did a set of curls (both arms had weights and did reps at the same time like before), 5th set was 19 reps. My total is 68 reps (curls) & 66 reps (arm raises). Around 3:20 Pm i was done.
Then i had coffee at 3:51 PM, it was cold cause i chose not to warm it up in the microwave. Then at 4:02 PM i started running again. I burned 554 calories in a period of 60 minutes was done at 5:02 PM. I weighed myself naked at 199.1 lbs without a shirt. Then i ate 5 egg whites and 2 burritos (tortilla, cheese, halapenos, broccoli, and rotiserrie chicken). Also cold water. I left some halapenos uneaten and put them in the fridge i felt full. I slept at 12 AM.
25. Day 5 (February 16th, 2020):
I woke at around 7:50 AM, then i weighed myself naked at 200.5 lbs & changed my underwear. At 8:40 AM i had two protein bars (chewy chocolate chip), this was 40 grams of protein and 10 grams of fat, 400 calories & 6 grams of sugar. Then i had one tiny sweet called "barfee" it was really small.
At 11 AM i started doing pushups. 1st set (10 pushups), 2nd set (15 pushups), 3rd set (20 pushups), 4th set (25 pushups), total; 70 pushups.
I started running at 11:34 AM. I was finished at 12:34 PM, i burned 554 calories in 60 minutes. I weighed myself naked at 200.5 lbs again. I then ate a tortilla with rotiserrie chicken, halapenos and organic mustard. I also ate 300 calories worth of whole grain rolled oats (10 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat).
At 6:30 PM i had one more pure protein bar (20 grams protein & 5 grams fat) a few bites of rotiserrie chicken that was kind of fresh, mostly chicken but some skin alot of protein. Then i had another portion of rolled oats (10 grams protein and 5 grams fat). I consumed almond milk as well. I also had a sunrise bar at 8 PM (one gram protein, eight grams fat, 150 calories). I did not defecate at all today however i defecated yesterday, everyday i have urinated so far though. I slept at 11:30 pm.
26. Day 6 (February 17th, 2020):
I woke up, put my clothes in the washing machine, took out some trash/plastic/recycle. And weighed myself naked at 199.2 lbs. I did the three minute ab workout. Although i woke up at 9:30 Am i kept waking up befor ethat and going back to sleep for long hours. After my ab workout that i had my workout powder supplement.
I started running at 11:19 AM. I burned 291 calories in 30 minutes, i was done at 11:49 AM i then went to the bathroom. After defecation i weighed myself naked and weighed just 199.2 lbs.
Then at around 12:30 i ate a piece of uneaten sunrise bar (75 calories as it was half, and 4 grams of fat). Then i had rasberries at 12:56 PM, i started running at 1:35 PM. I was finished at 3:06 PM in 90 minutes i burned 839 calories. I weighed myself naked at 197.6 lbs.
At 4 PM i ate 10 egg whites (36 grams of protein) with 2 bowls of oats (20 grams of protein, 10 grams of fat) & two spoons of JIF peanut butter.
At 8:30 PM i ate rotiserrie chicken with skin (56 grams of protein, 600 calories), tortilla (200 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 2 grams of sugar, 6 grams of protein) & a pure protein bar (200 calories, 20 grams of protein, 7 grams of fat), water and almond milk (113 calories, 9 grams of carbohydrate, 6 & 3/4 grams of fat, 2 grams of protein).
So far my calorie count is above 1900 but below 2000, i think it's safe to stop eating over here. I went to sleep 3 AM. Was awake for nearly 18 hours.
27. Day 7 (February 18th, 2020):
I woke up at around 8 AM, brushed my teeth, then at 9:30 AM filmed a video of me narrating a yugioh chapter. I took my clothes out of the drier then. At 10 AM i went to rite aid to buy a oreo protein shake. Then i ate 1450 calories worth of "doughnuts", 450 calories worth of "Sunrise Energy bars", 190 calories worth peanut butter along with 450 calories worth rolled oats. Total: 2640 calories These foods together included 35 grams of protein. 220 calories of Airhead Xtremes, and 540 calories of sour patch kids (watermelon), total: 3400 calories consumed that day. I also drank triphala juice at 6 PM and went to bed at 7 PM.
My other food was a Subway sandwich and some glasses of milk i had before and after, i don't know how many calories this is, but i am willing to bet that i consumed at-least 3700 calories this whole day.
28. Day 8 (February 19th, 2020):
I woke up at around 5:50 AM then got out at around 6:50 AM, then went to the bathroom to defecate, after doing that i weighed myself naked at 199.5 lbs. I then went outside to go see something in the grass, then put my slides in the tub to wash them and washed one of my toes on my left foot.
I had a 200 calorie protein drink at around 8:30 AM. At 9:02 AM i started running. I was done at 10:02 AM in this hour i burned 543 calories. At 11:38 AM (almost 11:39/close to it) i started running again. I was done at 12:38 PM in this hour i burned 504 calories. I started running again at 1:24 PM. I was done at 2:24 PM in this 3rd hour i burned 550 calories. Then a few hours later i consumed 15 ounces of milk with a 200 calorie powder, contents of the milk lead me to believe that adding the powder made the drink (244 comes from the milk) 444 calories, protein grams would be at-least 38.
I did a few sets of dumbell curls and 50 reps of dumbell press then at 6 PM i consumed another protein powder drink (30 grams at-least), while drinking i did some reps with dumbells.
My only foods today: (water, a preworkout powder, and two oreo protein shakes, so far i drank only one shake, i will make another one today with a blender). I drank at-least 98 grams of protein (due to 3 shakes, one stir, one shaked, one blender form). 20 more protein grams come from the bar i are (200 calories together).
I started my run at 8:01 PM, was done at 9:01 PM i burned 560 calories. I then ran again at 9:50 PM. Was done at 10:50 PM, i burned 580 calories. I then weighed myself naked at 197.2 lbs.
Calories out (SO FAR): 2737 (2800 if you count living as a burn).

29. Day 9 (February 20th, 2020):
I woke up at around 7:20 AM. I weighed myself naked at 195.2 lbs, i was pleased. Then came downstairs at 9:40 AM. I made coffee that i intend to drink cold, so after cooking it i didn't sip it for almost an hour. At 10:50 i ate a tortilla (200 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 6 grams of protein). With crushed red pepper a rotiserrie chicken (32 grams of protein). Then i had rasberries. I also drank a few cups of coffee. After this i had more rotiserrie chicken, with a tortilla. Then later on i had peanut butter and milk, then slept at 1 AM no workouts today.
30. Day 10 (February 21st, 2020):
Today i woke up at around 9 AM, but i weighed myself naked at 197.5 lbs, on one hand i was dissapointed but on the other hand i decided to make this a cheat day.
31. Day 12 (february 23rd): woke up at around 7:50 AM went back to sleep then woke up, went to the bathroom for 1 or 2 hours and left at around 12:56 PM, most likely i woke up at 10 or 11 AM.
I weighed myself naked at 201.6 lbs. Then ran for 30 minutes burning 252 calories, went to the bathroom again at 2 PM. Was done with everything, washing hands and defecation + urination by 2:26 PM. Later on i had 900 calorie pasta and some oats. I then defecated. I had almond butter with bread and coffee, a few bites of my dad's stake & lettuce.
At 11:22 pm i started running again (2nd set). I burned 544 calories and was done at 12:22 AM. I later on did bicep dumbell press from 2 am to 3 am, i did 84 bicep curls (both arms together lifted 50 lbs per rep), in five sets of 15 - 19 reps. I went to sleep at 4:30 AM.
32. Day 13 (February 24th, 2020):
I woke up at 7:50 AM then went back to sleep a few minutes later, waking up at 12 PM. Thus i had over 7 hours of sleep. I weighed myself naked at 199.8 lbs. I did 4 sets of 15 reps of the dumbell curls, using a 25 lb dumbell in each hand thus lifting 50 lbs per rep, 60 reps is the total. Later on i did 20 pushups in one se and two more sets of ten pushups each set, i did 46 more dumbell curls totaling 106 reps so far today. In between this time at around 1 or 2 PM i had alot of oats however it didn't fill me up but had double the amount of protein that it had fat. I also had a 200 calorie protein bar (7 grams of fat, 20 grams of protein). I then did 24 more bicep curls bringing my total to 130. At 5:10 PM i finished 61 minutes of running i burned 590 calories (started at around 4 PM). I ate then 2 protein bars (12 grams fat, 40 grams protein altogether), and some pieces of rotiserrie chicken, romaine lettuce and some more chicken with cheese wrapped in a flatbread that my father bought from somewhere. I have no clue how many calories i consumed but i do know that i consumed a decent amount of protein at least 80 grams if not 90 grams of protein depending on how much was in both chicken meals. I defecated at 1 AM.
At 3:08 AM i started running was done at 4:08 AM burned 585 calories. At 6 AM i weighed myself naked after peeing and i weighed 198.5 lbs. I then drank coffee. I started running again at 8:51 AM, in 61 minutes i burned 545 calories. Then i ate romaine lettuce and slept at 11:30 AM.
33. Day 14 (February 25th, 2020):
I woke up around 5 PM, i weighed myself naked at 197 lbs. At 6:15 PM i started running again. I was done at 6:45 PM in these 30 minutes i burned 275 calories. I then ate some pieces of bacon mixed with cheese and pasta + chicken & i also had rotiserrie chicken with some black pepper and a few cups of cold water.
I then had cheat days till the 29th of february.
34. Day 1 (March 2nd 2020 - March 3rd 2020):
I woke up at 9 PM march 2nd. I attempted to sleep again then i went to the bathroom. Weighed myself naked at 203.9 lbs.
I did 20 pushups with proper form to warm up then at 11:16 PM i started running. I ran for 4 HOURS straight only breaks were a few seconds long, i burned 2250 calories.
At 5 Pm i started eating, i had 7 & a half egg whites (they are cut into 15 pieces basically half of each egg's skin) no yoke, subway chicken sandwich, 13 oz cup of coffee (20 grams of sugar, 13 grams of protein, 8 grams of fat). I defecated later on.
I weighed 202 lbs with clothes on. Then i ran after drinking a supplement. My run started at 1:41 PM it all ended at 3:44 PM i burned 1200 calories. Overall today i ran for 6 hours. I slept at 6 PM.
35. Day 2 (March 4th was awake for 18 hours from 230 am to 830 pm):
I had overall 6 and a half hours of sleep but i first woke up at 10 PM then attempted to sleep in my bed was awake till around 11:30 PM and slept again till 2 AM. After that i tried to sleep again but failed to i remained awake, weighed myself with shorts on at 198.4 lbs, i then went downstairs. Made a few protein shakes in the blender then stored them in the fridge.
Started running at 4:11 AM was done at 4:41 AM and burned 280 calories. I then drank some protein shakes around 5 AM. During 9 AM i weighed myself with clothes on at 199.5 lbs. At around 10 AM i did some pushups and weight excercises with dumbells.
I then ran again this time for an hour (12:18 PM - 1:18 PM) i burned 545 calories. Then i weighed myself at 199.5 lbs at 2 PM i ate rotiserrie chicken (nearly half of it which would be around 80 grams of protein) with lettuce and peppers i also drank a few ounces of milk. Then weighed myself at 3 PM i was 202 lbs with clothes on. So i have decided not to eat anything for the rest of the day. At 7:39 PM i weighed myself naked at 200.3 lbs, even though i didn't workout in 4 hours i lost two pounds. Slept at 8:30 PM.
36. Day 3 (March 5th, 2020):
I woke up at 3 AM then i tried to sleep again but failed, weighed myself naked at 198.2 lbs then came downstairs at 4:15 AM. Made myself coffee but didn't drink it (i wanted to keep it prepared).
Started running at 4:51 AM finished at 5:50 AM and burned 494 calories in a hour. At 6 AM i started eating, i had rasberries, coffee, two pieces of healthy bread with rotiserrie chicken, lettuce & halapenos. Along with a pure protein bar "chocolate deluxe". Then at 2 PM i ate lettuce with tobasco sauce and rotiserrie chicken this time no bread but alot of water. I then proceeded to do pushups, arm stretch's and dumbell bicep curls. I started running again at 4:55 PM. Was done at 5:55 PM in this hour i burned 526 calories. I slept at 9 PM.
37. Day 4 (March 6th, 2020):
I woke up at 5:40 AM and then weighed myself naked at 195.9 lbs (little difference from 196 lbs). Started running at 7:58 AM. Was done at 8:28 AM burned 283 calories. Then at 9 AM i consumed coffee, oats, lettuce and rotiserrie chicken.
My next run started at 2 PM. I ran for 6 hours 36 minutes, the machine said i crossed 100 miles of distance and 3,322 calories were burned. An ultimate journey i stopped at 8:39 PM (i took a few breaks, none of the breaks lasted more than a minute). I then weighed myself naked at 196.5 lbs. Slept at 11:25 PM.
38. Day 5 (March 7th 2020):
Woke up at 6 AM. Started running at 6:59 AM i burned 260 calories and it ended at 7:29 AM. At 1 PM after my defecation (first defecation in a long time) i weighed myself naked at 196.9 lbs (a breath away from 197). I ate chocolate cake today and drank milk. Then later in the day had sour patch kids with water.
39. Day 6 (March 8th, 2020):
Woke up at 7:41 AM I had oreos (they themselves together are over 1900 calories) and drank milk, then ordered some pizza and ate 9 slices along with drinking some pepsi. No workouts today at all besides some sets of pushups. Slept at around 5 AM March 9th.
40. Day 7 (March 9th):
Wokeup at around 10 AM went back to sleep to wake up at 11 AM, I was around 202 lbs when i woke up, then i ran for 21 minutes burning 189 calories. After that i defecated at 1 PM i weighed myself at 200 lbs exactly naked.
41. DAY 1 (March 19th, 2020):
Slept at 11:30 AM, woke up at 5:50 PM (thus had over 6 hours of sleep), got rid of some things, weighed msyelf with clothes on at 200 lbs, then started running at 7:27 PM. Was done at 8:27 PM i burned 506 calories. I then at 9 PM had some bread with rotiserrie chicken & one sausage, a few slices of lettuce, some peppers. I also consumed a protein shake that was leaking that i made with milk. I watched a few videos got tired. I went to sleep at around 11 PM.
42. Day 2 (March 20th, 2020):
I woke up at around 1:40 AM, then got out of bed and went downstairs. Had some water. Started my laptop, the run started at 2:05 AM, i finished up at 3:06 AM and burned 512 calories.
Then at around 4 or 5 AM i had more bread with rotiserrie chicken, it was two small pieces of bread, with peppers and some pieces of chicken. It was a small-medium meal. I tasted my preworkout supplement at 8:20 AM. I merely did a few pushups and downloaded some videos. Then i cleaned some parts of the rooms downstairs. Then i started running on the bike at 10:24 AM was done at 11:41 AM i burned 701 calories in a hour and 15 minutes.
I then consumed some rotiserrie chicken with pepper and tortilla. Then i had a mango (this was all at 12 PM).
43. Day 1 (March 27th, 2020):
I woke up at a unknown time between 7-730 AM, I weighed myself (clothes on) at 203 lbs. I had the supplement, then ran from 8:33 AM to 9:33 AM for an hour and burned 571 calories. Then i weighed myself with clothes on at 201.8 lbs, then i defecated for a long time and at 11 AM i weighed myself with and without clothes at the same weight of 200.6 lbs. I then later on at 2 PM consumed a protein drink (water and not milk) along with 2 bowls of pasta (the entire meal was less than a thousand calories). I fell asleep sometime before 5 PM and woke up at around 8:30 or 9 PM.
44. Day 2 (nine PM March 27th, 2020): I woke up at around 9 PM and weighed myself naked at 200.6 lbs. I had cough medication. Then at 10:21 PM i started running after having a preworkout powder supplement. Was done at 1:34 AM, 3 hours 12 minutes burned 1760 calories.
At 2 AM i had a protein shake i made with almond milk thus the sugar count was low as its different from regular milk. Then at 3 AM i still weighed 200.6 lbs, at around 4:30 AM i ate a 180 calorie protein bar. Some time later i did pushups and free weights.
At 9:05 AM i started running again. I was done running at 10:27 AM i ran for 1 hour 21 minutes burning 680 calories. I then weighed myself naked at 198.3 lbs. At 11 AM i ate a bowl of oats it was low calorie. Then had another protein bar (180 calorie).
I had the preworkout supplement then did free weights and finally at 3:26 PM i started my last set of running for the day. I was done at 4:55 PM burned 760 calories in an hour and 28 minutes. I then drank triphala juice & went to the bathroom before defecating and after defecating i still weighed 198.3 lbs.
Total calories burned today from running is 3200. That is more than three times the amount of calories i consumed/ate (Less than a thousand calories). However at 9 PM i consumed a beef burrito (calories assumption - 250 to 500 calories based on google search). Slep at at 12 AM march 29th.
45. Day 3 (March 29th, 2020):
I woke up at around 9:20 AM then i stayed in bed for almost two hours (i was trying to sleep again), weighed myself naked at 198.3 lbs, got downstairs at 11 AM. I felt energetic enough to run but i still made the decision of drinking the five hour energy to see what it tasted like, after consuming it i had some water.
I started running at 11:27 AM was done at 12:27 PM burned 563 calories in this hour, then weighed myself naked at 196.8 lbs. i then ate one bread with almond butter, and some salmon with two tortillas.
Then towards the second half of 2 PM i had a protein shake with more than 30 grams of protein and at MOST 10 grams of sugar/fat, less than 300 calories. At around 6 PM i weighed myself with clothes on at 200.4 lbs, then ate two more tortillas with Salmon and tobasco sauce, finishing my meal. At 9 Pm i had a portion of rice it was a tiny amount. At 10 PM i had pasta. Slept at 1 AM. After this i had a cheat day and continued to fail.

46. April 17th, 2020:
I ate pasta with sausage. I weighed 208 lbs naked. Drank a shake sprinkled from rasberries and mixed with milk.
1st set of running 4:35 PM - 6:37 PM (2 hours 2 minutes) burned 1096 calories. I weighed myself naked then at 206.5 lbs.
At 7 PM i ate a sliced mango and tried finishing the rasberry/broccoli shake. At 8 PM i consumed some mexican rice with two small chicken tacos. At 12 AM (april 18th) i had one piece of cinamon bread (110 calories, 2.5 g fat, 6grams of sugar, 3 grams of protein).
2nd set - Started running again at 1:39 AM was done at 1:54 AM i burned 120 calories.
3rd set - Started running at 2:06 AM finished at 3:06 AM burned 543 calories.
4th set - I started at 4:17 AM was done at 5:20 AM had a few breaks in between but ran for 60 minutes burning 516 calories.
47. April 21st, 2020 - April 22nd 2020:
Woke up around 2 PM but got out of bed at 3:24 PM, ate some pasta with spinach and rotiserrie chicken, had three glasses of water with ice, and a sliced mango.
1st set - started running at 6:10 PM was done at 7:11 PM ran for an hour burned 555 calories.
I went to the bathroom twice after my first set and still weighed 208.8 lbs. I had the preworkout powder for my next run
2nd set - started at 1:34 AM burned 352 calories finished at 2:10 AM ran for 36 minutes. Then i defecated and weighed myself at 3 AM i was 206.8 lbs. I later on ate a small bowl of pasta and still weighed 206.8 lbs.
3rd set - i started running at 4:15 AM done at 5:45 AM burned 860 calories in 1 hour 30 minutes of running.
4th set - i started at 7:13 AM i was done at 8:14 Am ran for an over and burnt 498 calories.
5th set - i started off at 9:26 AM was done at 10:23 AM ran for 57 minutes burnt 443 calories i had to change my clothes which is why i stopped this set midway.
6th set - started at 10:42 am finished at 11:41 AM ran for 60 minutes burnt 524 calories.
Total calories burnt: 3232
Time so far: 6 hours 3 minutes (exactly 363 mins) of running.
Other excercises walking and pushups along with bicep curls.
Weight before bed: 205.3 lbs.
48. April 22nd 2020 - April 23rd 2020:
Woke up at around 4:30 PM and attempted to sleep again then weighed myself at 203.9 lbs. Then went downstairs to eat Salmon i had a whole salmon. I was watching tv & using my phone until 6:50 PM.
1st set - started at 10:04 PM finished at 10:34 PM in these thirty minutes i burnt 258 calories.
ate a shake with frozen mangos, water and preworkout powder
2nd set - started at 11:08 pm done at 11:41 PM burnt 283 calories in 33 minutes.
weighed 204.5 lbs had a mango brushed my teeth really hard after a long time
3rd set - started at 2:54 AM done at 3:54 AM burnt 557 calories in an hour.
At 8:20 AM i weighed myself as 203.3 lbs.
4th set - started at 8:27 am finished at 8:57 AM in these 30 minutes i burnt 261 calories.

49. April 23rd, 2020 - April 24th 2020:
Woke up by 4 PM and weighed myself at 201.8 lbs.
I plan to make this a cheat day with bad meals only as i lack the energy, drive, motivation to live a healthier life today.
Foods i ate:
- 2 packs of Suzy Q's (each were 580 calories) = 1160
- 2 sour patch kids = 990 calories
- airhead xtreme's = 220 calories
- oreos mixed with milk/ice-cream (2000 calories)
- prune juice
total calories = 4370 consumed
i weighed 203.7 lbs after defecation at 9 pm At 6 AM (april 24th) i weighed myself at a startling 208.1 lbs.
50. April 28th, 2020:
I woke up at 1 AM sometime around their. Then went to the bathroom to urinate, after that i weighed myself at 208.7 lbs.
I did some work on my laptop then went to the bathroom at 3:30 AM before 4 am i was done and weighed myself at 207.1 lbs. I did 15 pushups without rest when i got downstairs. By that time their were already flesh wounds on my right hand.
Starting at 4:10 Am i did some ab workouts including a 1 minute plank was done at 4:20 AM.
Running sets
1st set - started at 4:37 am no supplement was done at 5:37 Am burnt 550 calories in a hour.
Meals - At 5:50 AM i had my first meal which was pasta mixed with bacon, cheese, broccoli and peppers. Before that i simply drank water. I had 2 mangoes at 8 AM. Then lately at 9 PM i consumed some bread (low fat/sugar 1gram per serving etc) with two meatballs at 9:50 PM, before this i had to chase a insect to death.
2nd set - i ran from 10:40 AM to 11:41 AM for an hour i burnt 554 calories. This time i used a supplement.
3rd set - started at 12:33 pm after consuming supplement again was done at 2:35 PM burnt 1164 calories, i took some minute breaks in between but the run was two hours long no more no less.
I then went to the bathroom at around 2:50 PM it took me a while to defecate all of the feces in my rectum, then i had to clean several areas in the tub and on my body, this put strain on my legs since i was in squat position & standing position for a lot, then i finally took a shower, after that i had to dry myself and come my hair i was finished by 5:20 PM.
4th set - after consumption of yet another supplement i started at 8:30 PM finished at 9:30 PM burnt 527 calories.
Total amount of calories burned: 2795
After all this i ate two cupcakes and went to sleep at around 11 PM i didn't complete six hours of running so i just decided to rest.
51. May 5th, 2020:
Woke up at 11 AM weighed myself with clothes on at 210.6 lbs.
I used no supplements and had a warmup excercise with dumbell front raise, dumbell bicep curl, pushups, and arm stretch with weights. All i drank was water.
1st set of running (12:18 PM - 12:48 PM) in 30 minutes i burnt 282 calories.
I then consumed my first meal a protein drink mixed with plantbase dprotein brown milk and real milk, the drink had at-least 40 grams of protein if not around 50.
2nd set of running (2:24 PM - 2:54 PM) burnt 296 calories in 30 more minutes.
With clothes on i weighed 208.8 lbs then i weighed 208.9 lbs, after that i drank a SUPPELMENT for preworkout.
3rd set of running (6:12 PM - 7:12 PM) in this hour i burnt 561 calories. I then weighed the same amount as i did previously.
Then i ate around a third part of a full burrito, with peppers and some cream & tobasco sauce. Slept at 4 AM
Total calories burnt from running: 1139
Push-up performances today: 21 pushups in 50 seconds.
Weight before bed: 208.9 lbs When i woke up the next day i was 207 lbs. I decided to eat bad and not workout besides pushups (which i have made a daily commitment).
52. May 9th 2019:
woke up at 1 PM and weighed 210.3 lbs naked. After that i took a shower. Then attempted to dry myself as mucha s i could, selected the right clothes, drank some water and started running at 2:46 PM was done at 3:46 PM burnt 579 calories. Till 4:50 PM i worked with my dad to lift soil and drop it in a basket and put it in the garden in the backyard.
I then ate a burrito with pork in it and rice/beans mixed with tobasco sauce and orange peppers i also had three cups of water and two cups of milk. A few hours later i had a full beef burrito with sauce and some caramel candy.
I defecated once it was alot.
Amount of supplements i had today: none for preworkout those records i created for myself today are on my own strength.
53. May 11th 2020: I woke up at around 4 PM got out of my bed at 5 PM went to the bathroom, defecated and washed myself. Then i dryed myself and weighed myself naked. At a startling 209.7 lbs.
I had a pre workout powder suppelment, did a set of dumbell front raises and dumbell bicep curls shortly after. Then started running at 7:34 PM. Finished 9:35 PM
1st set (2 hours) - burnt 1166 calories. weighed myself naked at 208 lbs. I then ate a half burrito with beef in it and tobasco sauce along with iced water.
I then had the suppelment at around 1:40 AM and then did some free weight workouts (dumbell bicep curls, dumbell stretch arms) and push-ups.
2nd set (2 hours too) started at 2:14 AM was done at 3:14 AM burnt 568 calories. I then choose to consume a few strawberry's at 3:45 Am, i watched a few videos, relaxed somewhat, did pushups and dumbell excercises. Then had the suppelment again finishing the cardio with the set below.
3rd set (3 hours) started at 7:57 AM done at 11:00 AM burnt 1645 calories took a few twenty second breaks in between this set. Then i did 15 pushups in a set couldve done more but choose not to. After that i did bicep curls with the dumbell. This time i didn't put both dumbells in both hands and lift them together, i just did one hand at a time. 18 reps for each arm with a 25 lb dumbell. Then i did dumbell press which involved both weights in both arms i did 21 reps.
How long you ran: 6 hours 2 minutes
Total Calories burnt: 3379
Ab workouts i did: "Legs down hold" (45 seconds). "Leg Flutters" (45 seconds). "Crucifix" (45 seconds).
Then i did three sets of plank (1st for a minute, 2nd set was for 50 seconds, 3rd set was for 15 seconds).
At 1:20 PM i had prune juice. I slept at 1:50 PM (may 12th) on the floor.
Weight before i went to sleep: 207.1 lbs.
54. May 13th, 2020
I woke up at around 8:30 PM (may 12th). I weighed myself at 206.8 lbs, then had a few glasses of water with orange peppers some salmon along with a whole tortilla and a half tortilla. Then i had a protein shake with water not milk. After that i had a glass of almond milk. At around 1 AM i went to defecate in the bathroom, after cleaning myself and getting rid of my waste i weighed 207.9 lbs naked.
Free weights - did one set of dumbell bicep curls with weights in both arms and did it for 12 reps. I ate two protein bars (400 calories, 40 grams of protein together, 6 grams of sugar and 10 grams of fat) and added some whipped cream (low calorie).
1st set run - At 6:05 AM (may 13th) i started finished at 7:06 AM burnt 525 calories. I then did a set of ten push-ups. Then another set of twelve pushups.
Then i defecated and weighed 206.1 lbs nude. Then i ate a tortilla with salmon. Bread also (2 slices equal 220 calories 10 grams protein, 3 grams of fat).
2nd set - started at 10:45 AM done at 12:30 PM burnt 966 calories. The run lasted for 1 hour 45 minutes. A few hours later i drank half of a propel water bottle (kiwi flavored) and consumed less than 5 chips that total would be less than a hundred calories.
I attempted a 3rd set which lasted barely 3 minutes. My legs lacked the former energy/strength/stamina. I slept at 4:50 PM
Total amount of running: 2 hr 46 min (not counting the last 3 minutes)
Total calories burnt from running: 1491
Weight before i went to sleep: 206.6 lbs May 14th and 15th were not excercise days although i did decrease my weight to 203.8 lbs despite eating unhealthy then it increased to 207 lbs after even worse eating habits during the 15th of may, the decrease happened due to defecation the increase happened due to eating a cake and donuts.
55. May 16th, 2020:
Woke up at around 1:30 AM, attempted to go back to sleep then left the room at around 2:20 AM and weighed myself at 207 lbs naked, then ate a half burrito with tobasco sauce and drank water with ice in it.
Then i tried to watch code geass and finally saw a episode of saint seiya (knights of the zodiac). I then did 15 pushups and started running at 4:58 AM finished at 5:58 Am burnt 532 calories.
2nd set of running started at 6:04 AM i burnt 1074 calories finished my run at 8:05 AM. I then weighed myself at 207.2 lbs. Then had some chips and watched a episode of Naruto, then started running again at 9:13 Am and finished at 10:43 AM it seems like when i weighed myself i was still 207.2 lbs i burnt 819 calories though. After this i had one cup of coffee.
Then i did some pushups, and walked around rested for a bit watching videos, had another cup of coffee, defecated and urinated and then weighed 206.8 lbs naked at 1:50 PM, next i cleaned some rooms. I eventually later on ate one slice of bread with chocolate cream. At 5 PM i went to the bathroom again.
My 4th set of running began at 9:09 pm since i raised the resistance the amount of calories i burnt went up more per minute i was done at 10:39 PM i burnt a total of 1440 calories for this set in 90 minutes. Another wierd thing is that besides my two feet their was no part of my body that felt tired or fatigued.
Total calories burnt - 3865 (in 6 hours) I slept at around 12 AM. Consumed 0 suppelments today and still won in life.
56. May 17th, 2020:
I woke up at around 7 Am went back to bed but didnt sleep, and got out of bed at around 8 AM then weighed myself naked at 203.6 lbs and took a shower. Left home for shopping at safeway & rite aid at 9 AM. I didn't feel hungry but still started eating at 10 AM.
First meal - Broccoli with sour punch bites (a food that i combined to add flavor), 200 calorie protein bar ("cookies & cream") 21 grams of protein, juice made freshly from real carrots (it was sweet though, one cup) then i had water with ice in it.
Total calories consumed:
- I finished the rest of the sour punch candy so it was 576 calories (as two pieces were eaten by dad).
- The protein bar was 200 calories. Carrot Juice is likely 136 calories while broccoli may have been 50 calories.
Total so far: 962 calories
1st run set - started at 2:20 PM ended at 3:20 PM i burned 743 calories
Then at 4 PM i ate a Salmon with tortilla and peppers even though i didnt feel hungry.
Other workout:
I did some pushups and dumbell arm stretches. My record today is 15 pushups in one set without rest.
However the rest of my food was 4 chocolate donuts and sour patch kids candy too, i didnt do more workouts.
57. May 19th, 2020:
I woke up at around 5:30 AM (after around 7 hours of sleep), i got out of my bed at 5:50 AM. I did a few workouts like arm stretches with ten pound dumbells, stretching my arms, first set (22 reps), second set (23 reps), third set (21 reps). Then i did bicep curls for a single set; together i was lifting 20 pounds again and did it for 20 straight reps this time. Each set so far has involved me moving 20 pounds. During 6:30 AM i ate 2 egg whites, i finished drinking water + carrot juice at 9 AM.
I then moved 59 stacks of grass, it was hard, after that i took a shower, eventually had 6 or 7 slices of bread with nutella cream on them. So this was mostly a cheat day.
58. May 20th 2020:
I woke up at around 8 AM. I went to the bathroom i weighed 208.5 lbs naked. Then at 10:16 AM i consumed a supplement.
First set of running started at 10:45 AM finished at 11:45 AM burnt 876 calories. Since the resistance was at 4 i burned more calories per minute. At 1 PM i weighed myself naked at 208 lbs.
This became another cheat day though as i stopped working out and pretty much ate nutella then had some fried chicken with tobasco sauce.
59. May 21st, 2020:
I woke up at 8 AM then urinated next went downstairs to watch episodes of Naruto, at the same time i consumed prune juice to eradicate the waste in my belly. I worked out with free weights (only 25 lb dumbells) did bicep dumbell curls, also did two bodyweight workouts, pushups (15 reps without rest) and putting my hands on the dumbells while moving my waist to the floor and moving it back up (a different pushup excercise). Then later i mixed coffee (it was cold as it was in the fridge for 12 hours at-least) with protein powder and drank it.
At 12 PM i went to the bathroom when i was done i weighed myself naked at 207.1 lbs. Then at 1:30 PM i consumed one mango. Ate small pieces of beef and had fried rice with chips. Then another suppelment. Slept at 2 Am.
60. May 22nd ,2020:
Woke up at 9 AM started cleaning weighed 207.9 lbs naked then ran at 10:54 AM was done at 11:55 AM burnt 764 calories in an hour. Then i went to the bathroom when i was done i weighed myself naked at 206.6 lbs. At 2 PM i had a chicken burrito and a protein shake made with almond milk. Both meals together are likely less than 900 calories. I did 15 pushups without rest but with proper form. At 4:30 PM i had a suppelment called Alpha Amino for muscle building.
After going to the bathroom again i still weighed 206.6 lbs naked. This was at 7 PM. At 8:30 PM i had two beef tacos that were spicy with peppers and one piece of a sliced lime, then at 9 PM i had a half cup of coffee. I went to the bathroom again at 10 PM came out still weighing 206.6 lbs. After that at 1 AM i had a half of a beef burrito, and tobasco sauce, i consumed cold filtered water too, and then a 1/2 cup of coffee. I stayed awake for an even longer time after this.
By 7 AM i started doing pushups again. Then by 9 AM (May 23rd) i made a bad decision of eating three bowls of chocalate java chunk coffee flavored ice cream with chocolate chips in them. Now at 10:16 AM my belly feels wierd. At 12 PM (May 23rd) i was still awake and went to the bathroom, came out and weighed 206.6 lbs naked still. Then at 2 PM i drank water mixed with mango. Later on i finished the rest of the ice cream then had 2 mcflurry's (oreo flavor) and a chicken burrito with red sauce.
61. June 6th 2020:
I slept starting at 10:30 PM (june 5th). I woke up at around 6 or 7AM as i repeatedly attempted to fall back to sleep, i eventually left my bed at 8 Am, collected clothes from the drying machine and put some in the washing machine, then i weighed myself naked (still had sweat pants on) at 210 lbs. I did a few warmup excercises(pushups on stairs). Then at 9:30 AM i started doing lateral raise (1 set of 17 reps both arms) and bicep curls (1 set of 12 reps, the arms did it seperately not at the same time).
Then i proceeded with ab workouts at 9:42 AM was done at 9:57 AM, i finished with a plank. Started officially running at 10:13 AM was done at 12:12 PM burning 1416 calories (the resistance was 2). I consumed coffee after this. At 2 PM i went to the bathroom to defecate, after i was done then i weighed 208.1 lbs. Then i had a snack.
Food so far - One bottle of water, a bite of bread, three cups of coffee, a small bite sized portion of sausage/egg omelet and a bite sized bread that had butter on it. I had 20 shrimp they were cooked with vegetable oil, lemon pepper, garlic and butter (20 grams of protein).
Later on i had a slice of lasagna and a mango peeled, then a protein shake (water not milk), later on a half burrito and coconut milk along with water. Went to sleep around 1:30 AM (june 7th).
62. June 7th 2020:
Woke up at around 8 AM attempted to go back to sleep. Weighed 207.6 lbs naked. Started eating food at 10 AM. I had a sausage a small piece of bacon and two eggs. Then later on i drank a protein shake (powder mixed with water) after that i ate a full mango. Then a few hours later i had two cups of coffee (it had milk). I engaged in some workouts like pushups, lateral raise, bicep curls and weighted punches. I also did a few sets of dumbell press, then i weighed myself at 207 lbs hours later.
At 8:36 PM i started running. Was done at 9:08 PM i burnt 317 calories in 32 minutes. At 10 PM i started running again, was done at 10:08 PM burnt 93 calories at a resistance of 2 in 8 minutes. Due to not eating for hours i felt hungry starting 10:30 PM. So far since ive only consumed 1 thousand calories today burning 400 is a huge amount, i weighed 204.8 lbs naked at 12 AM. By 12:30 AM (june 8th) i started eating again and had 2 protein cookies (32 grams of protein total 840 calories).
Then i decides to rest and relax until i decide to run again. But i just slept at 2 AM.
63. June 8th 2020:
I woke up at 9 AM but attempted to go back to sleep then weighed msyelf at 10 AM i weighed 205.7 lbs naked, i then went downstairs and chose to eat 420 calories worth of Reese's and a 240 calorie chocolate bar at 10:30 AM. At 12 PM i went to the bathroom then at 1 PM i weighed myself still at the same weight, then at 1:30 PM i had a snack it was less than 400 calories but wasnt healthy. I then at 1:40 PM proceeded to have a "ALPHA AMINO ULTIMATE" supplement.
Started running at 3:33 PM was done at 4:41 PM burnt 814 calories in 1 hour 7 minutes. At 5:07 PM i weighed myself at 205.6 lbs (so i lost ten percent of a pound). At 5:30 PM i started eating shrimp (25 grams of protein at the very least) and 4 tortillas (each were 45 calories so total 180 calories) then i had milk (12 grams of protein). Then i ate 1260 calories owrth of protein cookies (48 gram protein).
64. June 14th, 2020:
i woke up at june 14th 2 PM i ate almost 80 grams of protein (a shake with a half scoop of powder and some milk, two sausages, some bacon, and salmon). I didnt start running till 12:03 AM (june 15th) was done at 12:35 AM in these 32 minutes i burnt 306 calories, the resistance was 1. I then started running again at 2:30 AM, the resistance was 1 i burnt 583 calories was done at 3:30 Am. I weighed 210.6 lbs naked. I then consumed a 15 gram protein shake (powder with propell water), before this i also had ten cups of water. I also did a few sets of pushups and some free weights (lateral raise, dumbell press, weighted punches, walked around with weights above my head, bicep curls). I attempted to run again this time however i only made it to a minute and burnt 11 calories (as i went past a minute but lesser than two minutes).
65. June 15th 2020:
i woke up at 2 PM (june 15th) weighed myself at 208 lbs naked, during 3 PM i ate some salmon with a tortilla and some sauce (20 grams of protein), then later on had a sugar cookie at 7 PM. then started running at 7:31 PM resistance was 2, finished at 8:31 PM burnt 724 calories. I went to the bathroom then weighed myself naked at 206.7 lbs, after that i started eating (chicken burrito, three cups of milk, four more sugar cookies) all together this meal might be a thousand calories or more. I planned to workout more but failed, i dont remember when i slept.
The next day (june 16th) i dont remember what i did, whether i worked out or not, all i remember is that i ate some food (half of a beef burrito) that's all, i do not recall anything else.
66. June 17th 2020:
Woke up at 4:30 PM (had at least 7 hours of sleep at most 8 hours), i weighed 210.4 lbs naked, and drunk two cups of water. After going to the bathroom i still weighed the same, i brushed my teeth then. At 7: 11 PM i started ab workouts, i did the "russian twist" i used a glass bottle with no lid. Then i did a one minute plank. Next i did 3 sets of heel taps (touched both heals 16 times altogether 48, if we count each heel seperate then its 96). Then i did 16 seat ups. Next was side plank on both sides. After that i did one set of twenty pushups.
Then i finally began my run on the bike, i put the resistance at 1. Started at 7:35 pm was done at 8:35 PM burnt 567 calories. Then i went to my room and did something then weighed myself (still at 210.4 lbs) after that i went to the bathroom and after i was done i weighed 209.1 lbs. Then i had a muscle building drink (powder mixed with propel water) & the uneaten portion of the beef burrito my father ordered & then some sausage, scrambled egg & bacon (it was in the fridge for 2 days) after putting it in the microwave. I was done with my meals at around 10:30 PM. I started eating more at June 18th (i was still awake) i was eating candy (dark mint chocolate) and had the muscle blender powder.
67. (June 20th, 2020):
I woke up at about 2 AM after a long sleep (eight or nine hours), i sneezed a few times, weighed myself at 207.8 lbs with my underwear on. For over an hour i sat infront of my laptop cause i found that my account had been restored on social media. At 3:31 AM i started working out, i first did one set of 21 pushups in a row (without rest). I then did a set of 8 pushups after that a set of 20 pushups. At 3:42 AM i did the russian twist, i did the side plank for a minute on each side. Next at 3:54 AM i did 30 reps of heel taps (one rep is touching both two heels not one heel). I repeated this for 2 more sets of 30 and another russian twist.
I started running at 4:07 AM the resistance was at 1 was done running at 5:13 am burnt 613 calories in 1 hour 6 minutes. I had two cups of coffee and some water later on and rested watching Naruto season 9, also did 15 pushups in a set. My 2nd set started at 8:14 AM the resistance was still 1 i was done running at 10:09 AM burning 1084 calories. I then did a set of 15 pushups. After that i ate one mango, at 11 AM i consumed watermelon pieces. I did 20 pushups then consumed a muscle building blend drink. Next i did 5 more pushups.
My 3rd set of running began at 12:56 PM was done at 3:53 PM burnt 1553 calories. I next went to the bathroom and weighed 208 lbs i took a shower and changed my clothes. I then attempted to drink another cup of coffee but i failed as i could barely drink half a cup, i tried to eat some bowls of oats but i FAILED in that too as i didn't feel hungry anymore so i stopped at 2 small bowls of oats, my eyes felt weird and itchy, my legs felt super tired. I went to bed at around 6 PM but did not officially sleep until 7 PM.
Total calories burnt: At least 3200
Pushup record: 21 with no rest
Total pushups today: 124 (5, 8, 15, 15, 20, 20, 20, 21). I think i ran for 5 hours 58 minutes though not 6 hours.

68. (June 21st)
I woke up at 1 AM (after maybe 6 hours of sleep), and attempted to sleep again but then got up, weighed myself at 207.1 lbs during 1:41 AM then i went downstairs watched some TV. Attempted to eat oats but could barely have three small servings and drank coffee but didnt finish a cup, i simply didnt feel hungry but at-least i got some healthy calories in my body. I finished my coffee before 4 am eventually.
I then did some heel taps and pushups (54 in different sets of 10, 12 and 15 reps), 6 reps of reverse push-ups. Started running at 4:20 AM finished at 5:20 AM burning 542 calories. I then did short repitions of some ab workouts and reverse pushups (4 reps) along with regular push ups (12 reps). At 6 AM i consumed two burritos (they were made of tortillas, broccoli, roasted chicken without skin, lettuce, halapenos) together both are at least 50 grams of protein, i do not know the amount of calories but i assume together it is less than 900. I also had a sweet that was dark yellow/gold i dont know what it was called but it was less than 200 calories most likely. I then went to my room to do something and had the muscle blender (alpha amino).
My 2nd set of running started at 10:07 AM at 10:48 AM i bumped up the resistance from 1 to 2 this time. Was done at 11:24 Am burning 711 calories. Then took a break and did a set of 15 push ups at 12 PM. Started running at 12:03 PM resistance was 1, ten minutes later i switched the resistance to 2. At 1:21 PM i switched the resistance to 3. Was done with my 3rd set of running at 1:40 PM burnt 964 calories. I took a break although i didnt want to i still did but then at 3:20 PM i weighed msyelf at 208.9 lbs (i wore sweatpants but no shirt or underwear at the time) i was dissapointed to know that i have gained weight instead of losing weight, but i remained dedicated to at-least complete the 6 hours today to see what would happen at the hand, how long can the weightloss possibly evade me i will catch it eventually like a king.
I then later on at around 4 PM had a mango, after that three cups of coffee. I then did 24 pushups at 6 PM in a row without rest. I also did 10 reverse pushups with no rest. Then started running at 6:19 PM resistance is 1. Was finished at 7:04 PM ran for 42 minutes burning 411 calories. Went to the bathroom then rested. My 5th set began at 9:34 pm very late was done at 9:40 due to lack of peak performance i burnt 54 calories. Slept at 10 or 1030 PM

Total burned calories: 542 + 711 + 964 + 411 + 54 = 2682 (if i count other excercises the number could increase to 2800)
Time so far: 4 hours, 41 minutes of running.
Pushup record: 24 pushups without rest in a set. I've done at least 110 pushups today (combining my other sets).

69. (June 22nd 2020):
I woke up at around 6:30 AM then attempted to go back to sleep but got out of bed at around 7 Am weighed myself naked at 206.2 lbs then sneezed alot and put my clothes in the washing machine, had a protein shake (powder mixed with water) it was barely 200 calories as i didnt use the full scoop, other than this i drank 4 glasses of water till 10 AM. Even though i did not feel hungry during 8 AM i had three pancakes with honey and butter (at least 30 grams of sugar) around 700 calories combined with my shake so far ive eaten around 900 calories or less (depending on the calories in the shake), at 9 AM i put my clothes in the drying machine.
At 10:33 AM i started running finished at 11:02 AM burning 269 calories after that i took a short break. Then i did 15 push ups without rest at 11:13 AM. My 2nd set of running started at 11:15 AM ended at 12:16 PM burnt 565 calories. I did 20 pushups with no rest at 12:29 PM. My 3rd set of running began at 1:24 PM done at 1:54 PM burnt 261 calories. I went to the bathroom and then later on at 3 PM ate one burrito and some cookie dough bites (this greatly increased the sugar grams i had) total calories of these two meals combined is at least 900.
I made attempts to sleep later on at 9 PM then woke up at 11 PM to eat some mini cupcakes and a small square cake, then went back to bed for my eyeballs. I decided that i would have chicken patties tommorow and make it a cheat day then start all over on my regime the day after that.
Edit: September 25th, 2020 although its been a fun interesting journey it is obvious i have failed in my by goal.
